If you have deposited any funds into your iHoldem account via credit card, or if you would like to have access to some of our instant withdrawal features, then you will need to verify your identity by completing and returning our identity verification form as well as some other identity documentation.
Follow the link found in the Player Admin area under the ‘Account Verification’ link on the left hand menu to complete the identity verification form. The Player Admin area can be reached through the link at the bottom of your Poker Room software.
Along with the verification form we will require:
Upload all the required files from Step 1 and Step 2 using the “File Upload” section of your Player Admin. Our Support Team will be notified automatically when these files are uploaded.
Send the completed form and other documentation to the iHoldem support team via one of the following methods:
*Once your documents have been processed, we will notify you via email. Please note that processing time will vary depending on Support request volume, but will usually be complete within 2 hours.
All faxes, scans and photographs must be readable, and should match the information stored in your iHoldem account.
